BRIDGEPORT — - Two teens caught having sex on the steps of the old city hall are facing a charge of breach of peace, theConnecticut Post reported.
The 16-year-old boy and 15-year-old girl struggled to get their clothes on when they were confronted by police officers at McLevy Hall (Map) on Friday, the newspaper reported.
Police said they received complaints around 6:30 p.m. from residents who live in nearby apartments about a couple having sex on the steps of the historic building, which is located across the street from City Hall Annex, the Connecticut Post reported. Police said that when they arrived, the girl noticed them first and nudged her partner. She told police the encounter was not forced.
